The "Add a Bunny" Easter Photo Contest: Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PARTICIPATION NOT REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, log on and fill in the online survey form and submit your photo in accordance with the on-screen directions during the contest period and you will be automatically entered once in the contest. Multiple entries are allowed from any person. Only one vote per person/email address is allowed. Multiple votes from the same person, or from fictitious people, will void the entry.

Entrant represents they have right to submit photo and permission of those included for the online submission. Entrants grant right to Giftventure Studios, Inc. to use and display the photos on the web site. Entrant agrees to protect and hold Giftventure Studios, Inc. harmless from any claim from a third party due to Entrant’s photo submission.

Submission of photos that contain nudity, obscene behavior or inappropriate material will result in the elimination of that photo as well as void the entrant’s further participation in the contest.

2. ENTRY LIMITATIONS: Each entry must be received no later than 5:59 p.m. PST on April 3, 2009. Only one entry per person. Only one entry per email address. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, who are not employees of the Giftventure Studios, Inc., their subsidiary or affiliated companies, nor member of their immediate families. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the reproduced entries accepted. Sponsor not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cases beyond the reasonable control of sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right to at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

3. RESERVATIONS: Void were prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all laws and regulations. All entries become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. By entering this contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges. Acceptance of prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use the winner’s name, voice and/or likeness for any and all publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and their related, affiliated and subsidiary companies are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize.

4. WINNERS: The winner will be notified by email after April 6, 2009. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. All responsibilities of a minor who is a winner will be assumed by the minor’s parents/legal guardian. Winners are required to prove eligibility and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. The failure of a potential winner to verify address, or the return of notification as undeliverable, or the failure to return the signed affidavit and release will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not specifically included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes begins on March 27, 2009 and ends on April 3, 2009. In a random selection at 5:59PM PST April 3, 2009 three (3) winners will be chosen from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible votes received.

6. PRIZES: Two (3) PRIZES: Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) and Fifty Dollars ($50.00) will be awarded. Prize is not transferable; and no substitutions allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor, who may substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes.
